Q:  I am interested in your favors for my event.  What is the next step?

A:  Please "Contact Us" and send us the date of your event, the favor you are interested in and your zip code.  We will then prepare an estimate for you to include shipping fees.

 

Q:  How soon do I need to place my order?

A:  We request a $100 deposit in order to reserve a spot on our production calendar.  Payment in full is due 4 weeks prior to your event.

 

Q:  How big are your favor apples?

A:  Our favor apples are the size of a standard apple once the caramel and chocolate have been added.  They weigh anywhere between .8-1lb.  They are a terrific size for one person or even two.

 

Q:  What is the shelf life on your products?

A:  The shelf life on the apples is approximately 7-10 days unrefrigerated.

      The shelf life on the pretzels and marshmallows is approximately 2-3 weeks.

    

Q: When will you design our Custom Favor Tags?

A:  The final details on your tags will be done as soon as your order is purchased.  You will receive a proof before your tags go to printing.

 

Q:  What choices do I have for my Custom Favor Tags?

A:  There are text samples available under Custom Favor Tags.  You have a choice of a square scalloped tag or a circle scalloped tag.  That label will go onto a premium cardstock which we can color match to your wedding colors.

 

Q:  What choices do I have for ribbon color:

A:  All of our ribbon is premium grade satin and the color selections are black, white, silver, ivory/creme or chocolate brown.

 

Q:  When will my order be shipped?

A:  Your order will be shipped to arrive atleast 2 days before your wedding.  Typical shipment time is 2-3 business days.

 

Q:  How do I pay for my order?

A:  We will set up a custom order for you on the website to make your payment.
