Q:  I am interested in your favors for my event.  What is the next step?
A:  Please "Contact Us" and send us the date of your event, the favor you are interested in and your zip code.  We will then prepare an estimate for you to include shipping fees.
 
Q:  How soon do I need to place my order?
A:  Please inquire about our availability if your event is less than 4 weeks away...we may  just have a spot for you!  We request a $100 deposit (non-refundable) in order to reserve a spot on our production calendar.  Payment in full is due 4 weeks prior to your event.   At that time we finalize the details including your guest count, flavors, custom tags and ribbon.  Orders are non-refundable.  
 
Q:  How big are your favor apples?
A:  Our favor apples measure approximately 3" in diameter and weigh between 6-8 oz.
No two apples are alike and vary in size throughout the order.
 
Q:  What is the shelf life on your products?
A:  The shelf life on the apples is approximately 7-10 days unrefrigerated.
      The shelf life on the pretzels and marshmallows is approximately 3 weeks.
    
Q: When will you design our Custom Favor Tags?
A:  We will email you a proof of your tags before they go to print approximately 1 week prior to your ship date.
 
Q:  What choices do I have for my Custom Favor Tags?
A:  You can view our custom tags under "Custom Tags".  You can customize your text and color of the text.
 
Q:  What choices do I have for ribbon color:
A:  We use beautiful satin pre-tied bows.  You can view the bow colors under "Custom Tags".
 
Q:  When will my order be shipped?
A:  Your order will be shipped to arrive 1-2 days before your event.  Typical time in transit is 1-2 days.
 
Q:  How do I pay for my order?
A:  We will set up a custom order for you on the website to make your payment.
